Through HTML website programming course, I made this page to let people know about tutoring opportunities
I created free tutoring opportunities for students from elementary to high school students. Through these sessions, students can prepare for school mathematics course.
Our organization name changed from Simplemath Tutoring to Simplemath Foundation.
Currently, we are working on expanding our organization and partnering with different organizations.
At this stage for math, the concepts are straightforward, and you might not need a tutor to understand the materials. However, if you need help with homework or prep for the test, you can request for the tutor for elementary school math.
From 7th grade, you will learn about negative numbers (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division), fractions, decimals, rates, geometry, expressions, equations, inequalities, and proability (statistics). Some concepts might be new to you or may have developed from elementary school math. In 8th grade, you will encounter with functions, system of equation, and geometric transformations.
Math 1 is high school freshman level. It is also known as algebra 1. In this course, you will learn about different algerba contents, including equations, graphs, functions, sequences, and irrational number. Enhanced Math 1 is fast paced version of math 1, so it will cover more concepts than regular math 1. Preparing for algebra 1 is really important because it is the foundation of future math classes.
In Algebra 2 or Math 2 or Enhanced math 2, you will learn about polynomials, complex number, log, trig, and complex equations. The pace in school is fast since you will learn different thing from day to day. Therefore, it is important to keep track of your learning.
In Precalculus or Math 3 or Enhanced math 3, you will learn about variety of math concepts. Inverse function, trigonometry, rational functions, vectors, limits, series, proability, matrix, and conic section. It is important to track of your learning since the pace of this course is faster than any other course that you have taken. Preparing the course with me will allow you to do well in school class and prepare you for the calculus.
In calculus or AP calculus, You will learn about 3 things: derivative, integral, and infinite sequence/series. However, you will learn these in depth, so the concept might get difficult if you first encountered. Preparing this course with me will allow you to really understand the calculus, which is the foundation of all majors. Many school skips important sections in calculus, but in our tutoring session, we will go over those sections.
